A not-so-new piece of blogging software

Personally, this is long overdue as I have felt inclined to write more extensively about subjects I have personal and professional experience with – at least with more detail than what I’ve remarked about on Reddit. Blogs are great for this, not for any self-important reasons, but because it reminds me of the “old internet” where discussion used to be more verbose and collected on a distributed network of personal websites and small forums. With the nascent rise of decentralized social media platforms (namely Matrix), it also appears that there is a small but visible subset of people attempting to bring this culture back.

Haha, you clicked more, expecting more thoughts!? No, we can’t have that in our era of short twitter-sized takes.

I jest, but I will add more here in the future.
